PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate washing of every directional surface such as a roof, a wall, a ceiling, by providing a grip for supporting the cleaning body, and a support member comprising a swing mechanism allowing a relative rotation of a cleaning body and a grip so that angles of a cleaning surface of the cleaning body in relation to the longitudinal direction is variable. SOLUTION: A head 10 of a swing cleaner has a thick sponge 1 as a cleaning body having a pentagonal cleaning surface whose one corner is acute. In addition, an ABS resin support member 2 for rotatably supporting the sponge 1 so that the acute angle side of the cleaning surface of the sponge 1 is a tip, and angle of the cleaning surface of the sponge 1 in relation to the longitudinal direction of a grip 2a is variable. Because a shaft 2c of the grip 2a is rotatably engaged with an engagement hole 2e of a holding portion 2d, the sponge 1 held by the holding portion 2d is rotated vertically about this shaft 2c to vary the cleaning surface of the sponge 1.
