PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chair or a bed, which can reduce a load on aged persons or disabled persons and their supporters. SOLUTION: This chair with a sitting part 12 and leg parts 13 comprises gear parts 5 with gears to integrally fix the sitting part 12 to support shafts 3 placed in front and rear, a rotatable sitting seat part 6 equipped with an endless belt bitten with and bridged over teeth of the gears, a seat frame 7 positioned inside the sitting seat part 6 to rotatably retain the gear parts 5 in front and rear at a prescribed interval, and a conveyor with a drive part 8 to drive and rotate the gears. The support shafts 3 of the gear parts 5 are made so as to be rotatably supported by the frames 7 of the leg parts 13. |
