<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power steering apparatus capable of generating higher output torque while assuring protection of a rotor. SOLUTION: Since a sleeve 23e of a magnetic substance is located around a driving magnet 23d, the outer periphery of the driving magnet 23d can be protected and a magnetic path can be formed within the sleeve 23e. Accordingly, a smaller magnetic air-gap can be obtained compared to when a protective member of a non-magnetic substance is provided which forms part of the magnetic air-gap, as in the past. Thus, higher output torque can be generated while assuring protection of the driving magnet 23d.</p> |
