PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To not only absorb the elongation of an endless belt but also prevent a slip of a driven wheel. SOLUTION: A pair of pressing roller 3 coming into pressure-contact with an endless belt 2 from an outer side and fixed tensile force spring 4 giving a fixed tensile force to the pressing roller 3 are provided on both sides of a driven wheel 1 between a receive roller 5 provided in a section nearest to the driven wheel 1 among receive rollers receiving the endless belt 2 and the driven wheel 1.
