PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain deterioration of polishing efficiency or early abrasion of grit caused by mixture of chip. SOLUTION: In this polishing machining device 10, a grinding wheel 14 is pressed by a pressing plate 18 onto a polishing base 12 where grit (iron sand or the like) 16 is placed, while the polishing base 12 and the pressing plate 18 are respectively rotated about rotation centers S1, S2 to polish a surface of the grinding wheel 14, and grit 16 dropped from the polishing base 12 onto a receiving gutter 22 is recovered to be reused. In this case, one pulley 34 separates the grit 16 from chip of the grinding wheel 14 by a horizontal conveyor 32 composed of a permanent magnet, and the grit 16 only is circularted to be reused.
