PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of correctly replacing an empty cylinder with a charge cylinder containing gas or liquid. SOLUTION: A tool containing base 2 containing plural tools 1A-1C to be used for work is provided, and on this tool containing base 2, display means 5A-5C indicating positions of the tools 1A-1C, and an instruction means 9 to give contents of work by voice or letters is provided. As a work starting instruction is inputted, a control means actuates the display means 5A-5C and the instruction means 9 in accordance with work procedures memorized in a memory. The tools 1A-1C indicated by the display means 5A-5C are thus used, and the contents of work provided by the instruction means 9 as voice or letters are processed, thereby cylinder replacing work can be correctly conducted even by a worker not skillful in the work procedures.
