PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a cap from being turned relatively to a cap frame when turning the cap frame crowned with the cap. SOLUTION: When a base frame part 22 is bridged over a driving unit so as to be reciprocated and turned in peripheral direction in the state of crowning the base frame part 22 with a sweat part folded from an opening part on a main body 12 of a cap 10, the side face part of the main body 12 can be embroidered. Concerning such a cap frame 10 for embroidery sewing machine, an adjuster 64 is provided so as to be moved on a peak support 6 protruded outside the radial direction of the base frame part 22, and the top end part of a peak 18 of the cap 10 is locked by the adjuster 64.
