PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersibility evaluating method capable of quantitatively evaluating dispersibility, correctly evaluating dispersibility even when it is biased, evaluating dispersibility via an absolute index, and comparing dispersibility between evaluated samples with different percentage contents or between different materials (atoms). SOLUTION: In this dispersibility evaluating method, the distribution state of prescribed materials is displayed as an image for an evaluated sample constituted of multiple materials, the obtained whole image is uniformly split into multiple regions, the minimum region that the average value of detection intensities in these regions has no significant difference is obtained, and dispersibility is evaluated from the absolute value specifying the size of the obtained minimum region.
