PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple-connected chip resistor which can be positioned in a highly precise manner when it is mounted. SOLUTION: This multiple-connected chip resistor is provided with an insulated substrate 11 where a recessed part 12 is formed on both sides and also provided with a protruding part 13 on both sides, a resistance layer 15 provided at least on one surface of the insulated substrate 11, a side face electrode layer 17 which is provided on the side face of the insulated substrate 11 and elastically connected to the resistance layer 15, and an inclined part 18 which is becoming wider as going to the other terminal side 17 from the one end recessed side 17a in the protruding part 13 of the insulated substrate 11.
