PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress variation in printing density. SOLUTION: A source of a P-type MOS transistor 4 is electrically connected to a central section of a metallic wiring pattern 11 in the longitudinal direction. When a plurality of integrated circuits for driving in printing are arranged to be juxtaposed on a circuit substrate, a difference in a source voltage between the P-type MOS transistors 1-n, 4 in the integrated circuit at the left side is in conformity with a difference in a source voltage between the P-type MOS transistors 1-1, 4 in the integrated circuit at the right side in the interface section of adjacent integrated circuits. As a result, it is possible to eliminate variation in printing in the interface section of the adjacent integrated circuits and to suppress the variation in printing entirely in the plurality of integrated circuits.
