PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a construction cost, and to shorten a construction period by installing plural room units in plural rows on the plural floors, and installing a roof on the room units of the uppermost floor. SOLUTION: A room unit A is formed out of a floor flame 10, column members 21, 22, a ceiling frame 30, a floor material 17, an inner wall material 27 and a ceiling material 37, and an outer wall material 41 is attached to the outside surface of the room unit A. An expansive unit B is formed out of a floor frame 50, a column member 61 and a ceiling frame 70. A floor material 57 is attached on the floor frame 50, an inner wall material 67 is attached to the short edge side, and a ceiling material 77 is attached to the ceiling frame 70. A roof unit C is formed out of a roof member 81, a parapet 82 and a support frame 83. The units A are arranged in plural rows on a footing S so that the unit B is juxtaposed with the units A. Upper floor units A, B are arranged on the units A, B, and the unit C is installed on these to thereby reduce a construction cost.
