PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an anti-ferroelectric liquid crystal composition capable of forming a liquid crystal element capable of obtaining a wide operating temperature range, rapid switching speed and stabilized contract by making the composition include a specific optically inactive compound and a specific optically active compound.
