<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a logic channel open procedure and a logic channel connection procedure. SOLUTION: A hold connection table 6 is provided to an exchange that contains terminals. When a terminal A makes a logic channel open request while the terminal A and a terminal B make communication through a logical channel, the exchange containing the terminal A holds the execution of the open request, registers the holding logical channel to the hold connection table 6, transmits a communication hold cell to the terminal B by using the logical channel. When the terminal A makes a logical channel connection request and the logical channel on connection request is in existence in the hold connection table 6, the logical channel is deleted from the hold connection table 6 and the exchange sends a communication restart cell to the terminal B by using the logical channel held in the hold connection table 6.</p> |
