PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small display device which can change the program of micro PLC with a simple operation and which does not cause a connection error. SOLUTION: A connector 77 to which the cables 14-1 and 14-2 of program means 15-1 and 15-2 that are composed of display devices and the like and have program functions are connected is installed in a small display device 90 which is connected to the serial port 50 of a micro PLC 50 by a cable 13 and monitors a program stored in a flash ROM 52 of the micro PC 50. At the time of changing the program stored in the flash ROM 52, the cables 14-1 and 14-2 of the program means 15-1 and 15-2 are connected to the connector 77. Thus, input from the program means 15-1 and 15-2 has priority and the program stored in the flash ROM 52 of the micro PLC 50 is changed in the small display device 90.
