PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate analysis and to improve display resolution by varying the size of the display region of text data and maximally adjusting the size of the display region of graphic data according to the size. SOLUTION: Waveform data is generated by a waveform data-processing means 20 according to measurement data being measured by a measurement means 10 and is retained in a waveform data memory 21. A statistical value data-processing means 22 performs the statistical operation of the measured data for generating statistical value data and retains the data in a statistical value data memory 23. A setting means 24 sets the amount of statistical value data to be displayed and retains the amount of setting in a text quantity memory 25. A display control means 26 refers to the waveform data memory 21 and the statistical value data memory 23 and displays the display region of the waveform data so that it can be maximally displayed according to the setting value of the text quantity memory 25, thus changing a waveform display region according to the number of statistical value items and maximally displaying the waveform.
