PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathtub water circulation cleaning apparatus capable of heating water in a piping to a temperature capable of effecting sterilization in a short time and stably maintaining the water after heating at an appropriate temperature by a simple control. SOLUTION: A circulation passage can be switched to a state for forming a first annular passage passing through a circulation pump 70, a filter tank 110 and a heat exchanger 12, and bypassing a bathtub 200 and a state for forming a second annular state further bypassing the heat exchanger 12 by connecting a first bypass passage 101 and a second bypass passage 102 to a circulation passage 50 and disposing a first motor-driven three-way valve 60 and a second motor-driven three-way valve 90. A thermal sterilization execution part 121 heats water by a burner 11 and a heater 57 by setting the first annular passage until the water is heated to a sterilization target temperature, and after the sterilization target temperature is reached, switching to the second annular passage bypassing the heat exchanger 12 is made so as to maintain hot water temperature only by the heater 57.
