PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow 360-degree swing of a swivel base and reduction of a total height by using a swivel joint for connection of a hydraulic pipe arranged between a body and the swivel base. SOLUTION: A working vehicle has a swivel base 5 mounted on the underframe 1b of a body via a swing board 4 in a horizontally rotatable manner. A swivel joint 21 is arranged at the swing center of the swing board 4 for connecting a body-side hydraulic pipe 25 and a swing-base-side hydraulic pipe 24. The underframe 1b is provided with a cutout hole 26 for communicating the inner periphery of the swing board 4 with the outer periphery thereof and the swivel joint 21 is connected to a running hydraulic motor and a steering hydraulic cylinder on the body side via the hydraulic pipe 25 in the cutout hole 26.
