PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the structure of suspension mounting position which allows both the reduction of weight and the improved rigidity in the mounting of suspension. SOLUTION: A closed section 13 is provided with a sleeve 5a connected to a bottom surface 13a, and a weld nut 5 having a collar 5b which passes through an insertion hole 9 provided on a top surface 13b and connected in contact with the closed portion 13 around the insertion hole 9. A suspension bracket 4 is fixed to the bottom side of the closed portion 13 by means of a bolt 6 inserted from the bottom side of the vehicle. In this structure, the sleeve 5a allows a greater contact area between the bottom end of the weld nut 5 and the bottom surface 13a while ensuring that the vertical input from suspension is supported by both the upper portion 13b connected in contact with the collar 5b and the bottom portion 13a connected in contact with the sleeve 5a. Therefore, this structure allows control of weight or cost increase due to the use of panel reinforcement and the like, ensuring both the weight reduction and the improved rigidity in the mounting of suspension.
