PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To print an arbitrary pattern by an ink jet type printer or the like while having a light shielding function by forming an ink image receiving layer of a printable surface on a base material layer made of a synthetic resin, and providing a light shielding layer for shielding passage of a light at an opposite side and a pressure sensitive adhesive layer of a rear surface. SOLUTION: An aluminum deposited layer 6 is formed as a light shielding layer on a rear surface of a film 5. Then, a surface of a base material layer 3 is coated with a resin composition of an ink image receiving layer 2, dried and solidified. A laminate of the layers 3 and 2 and a laminate of the film 5 and the layer 6 are adhered with an adhesive layer 4. Eventually, a rear surface of the layer 6 is coated with a pressure sensitive adhesive layer 7, and its rear is adhered with a mold release sheet 8. As the layer 2, a polyacrylic acid or the like having excellent aqueous ink absorbency is used. Thus, an arbitrary pattern can be printed by an ink jet type printer or the like while having a light shielding function.
