PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the improper suction of the suction head of a mounter. SOLUTION: An electronic capacitor is constituted in an explosion-proof structure in such a way that a capacitor element is housed in a bottomed cylindrical encapsulating case 3 and the opened end of the case 3 is sealed with a sealing member. Then terminal members 2 led out from the capacitor element are exposed on the case 3 and a groove section 7 is formed on the external bottom face 4 of the case 3 so as to reduce the thickness of the bottom face 4. In addition, the bottom face 4 is flattened by forming a resin layer 5 on bottom face 4 so that the groove section 7 may be filled up with the layer 5.
