PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the sticking of filth onto a sealing member and the remaining of washing liquid to prevent the wear and breakage of the sealing member and to make continuable the sealability and durability of a washing tank by arranging the sealing member on the back surface of the member on the upper side of a connecting part of the washing tank and a cover. SOLUTION: The washing tank 20 is divided into a washing chamber 22 and a vapor generating chamber 23 by a partition wall 21 on the upper part side and the lower part side thereof respectively. The vapor generating chamber 23 is provided with a heating means 25 for vaporizing washing liquid 24. The partition wall 21 is provided with an opening 26, and a cover 27 is connected to cut off the communication of the washing chamber 22 with the vapor generating chamber 23. The cover 27 is arranged on the side of the vapor generating chamber 23 to cover the opening 26 from the back surface of the partition wall 21. A sealing member 28 is arranged on the back surface of the partition wall 21 positioned above it. In this way, filth or the like is prevented from being stuck to the sealing member 28 and the remaining of washing liquid 24 therein is eliminated. And even on drying treatment of material to be washed 30, the draining of the washing liquid 24 is bettered to shorten the drying time.
