Synergistic combinations of 2-(thiocyanomethylthio)benzothiazole and a mixture of 4,4-dimethyl oxazolidine and 3,4, 4-tri-methyloxazolidine for use in controlling the growth of at least one microorganism, such as fungi and bacteria, in aqueous fluids, such as metalworking fluids.
