PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high permeability, low iron loss and high saturation flux density by having composition expressed by a specific equation, having fine crystal particles of bccFe with a specific average crystal particle size or less in at least 50% or more of the composition, and depositing amorphous phase after changing this fine crystal particles into an amorphous single-phase structure. SOLUTION: An Fe based soft magnet alloy core comprises a composition expressed by (Fe1-aQa)bBxMyZnz, where Q is Co and/or Ni, M is one or more of Ti, Zr, Hf, V, Nb, Ta, Mo and W, a <= 0.05, 80 atomic percent <= b, 5 atomic percent <= x <= 12.5 atomic percent, 5 atomic percent <= y <= 7.5 atomic percent, 0.025 atomic percent <= z <= 0.200 atomic percent, at least more than 50% of the composition has fine crystal particles of bccFe at about 100 nm or less of average crystal particle size, and the remainder comprises amorphous alloy phase. The fine crystal particles in bccFe are deposited by heating the amorphous phase up to crystallization temperature or more and then cooling it, after quenching alloy melt with above mentioned composition into substantially amorphous single-phase structure. |
