PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent falling of a partitioning plate by partitioning the inside of an exhaust pipe main body into two passages by the partitioning plate extending in an axial direction and assembling this partitioning plate to the exhaust pipe main body by utilizing a plurality of slit-shaped connecting holes which are formed on a side wall opposed to the exhaust pipe main body, extend in the axial direction and are arranged in the axial direction. SOLUTION: This two-passage exhaust pipe is constituted by partitioning the inside of an exhaust pipe main body 2 made of steel pipes into two passages by a band- shaped partitioning plate 3 disposed along the axial center. In the partitioning plate 3, the horizontal width S is formed equally to an inside diameter D of the exhaust pipe main body 2, and thereby when the partitioning plate 3 is set within the exhaust pipe main body 2, both side ends are closely adhered to an inner peripheral surface of the exhaust pipe main body 2. At this time, a plurality of slit-shaped connecting holes 41, 42 extending in an axial direction are punched on a side wall opposed to the exhaust pipe main body 2 and a plurality of connecting and projecting pieces 51, 52 corresponding to these connecting holes 41, 42 are formed at both side ends of the partitioning plate 3. These connecting and projecting pieces 51, 52 are fitted into the connecting holes 41, 42 and coupling of the partitioning plate 3 is contrived.
