SOLUTION: An oscillation circuit 2, a detection smoothing circuit 3, and a comparator circuit 4 are connected to a power supply Vcc via a constant voltage circuit 1, two noise protection diodes ZD1, ZD2 are connected in series and in opposite polarity between an electrode 6 connected to the oscillation circuit 2 and GND, and a resistor R1 (R2) is connected in parallel with the noise protection diode ZD1 (ZD2).
