PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure integrated strength of mutual wall bodies of a crossing part by agitating/mixing these by injecting a retardant-added stabilizer and delayed effective cement into the crossing part with an improved earth wall of postexecution work when forming an improved earth wall of preexecution work. SOLUTION: When forming a preceding improved earth wall W1, a retardant-added stabilizer or delayed effective cement is injected into a crossing part 10 with an improved earth wall W2 of postexecution work executed thereafter. Thus, the improved earth wall W1 is formed, revelation of strength of the crossing part 10 is restrained for many hours, and execution work of the improved earth wall W2 of postexecution work is advanced before revealing strength of the crossing part 10. The crossing part 10 is executed so as to reveal strength at the almost same time. Thus, even if an excavating mechanism cuts and passes through the improved earth wall W1 of preexecution work at execution work time of the improved earth wall W2 of postexecution work, mutual wall bodies are integrated in the crossing part 10 of the improved earth walls W1, W2 to reveal high strength to thereby easily provide the firmly integrated, highly strong and reliable crossing wall 10.
