PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible the adjustment of relative positions of needles to an iron pot, which are uneven due to machining accuracy, assembling accuracy or the like, for each needle in a multi needle sewing machine. SOLUTION: A cylinder part 63 is made integral with a needle-rod guide 71 of roughly U-shape (in the figure, U lies having the upper opening on the right side). The needle-rod guide 71 holds a needle rod 3 by passing it into the through holes formed on the upper and lower positions. Thereby, when the cylinder part 63 is rotated in a boss 61, the needle-rod guide 71 is also rotated and the tip of the needle 67 is swung having the straight line L as the shaft. Further, when the cylinder part 63 is moved front and back in the boss 61, the tip of the needle 67 is moved in the same manner. Using this mechanism, the relative positions of needles 67 to an iron pot can be adjusted on each needle 67.
