PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garment, mainly brassiere, underwear, blouse, etc., capable of allowing magnetic force to always act on the muscles of shoulders to prevent the stiffness of the shoulders, when the garment is worn, by directly attaching magnets to the inside shoulder muscle contact portions of the garment to prevent the stiffness of the shoulders. SOLUTION: This garment for preventing the stiffness of shoulders is obtained by attaching at least one sheet-like flexible magnet to the inside shoulder muscle contact portion of the garment. The outer surface of the magnet is covered with a moisture-proof film. The preferable mode of the garment includes a brassiere 1 wherein sheet-like magnets are attached to the inside shoulder muscle contact portion of each shoulder strap 2, a female underwear wherein sheet-like magnets are attached to the inside shoulder muscle contact portion of the underwear, a jacket wherein sheet-like magnets are attached to the inside shoulder muscle contact portion of the jacket, such as a shoulder pad portion, and an underwear wherein sheet-like magnets are attached to the inside shoulder muscle contact portion of the underwear, such as a shoulder pad portion.
