PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accumulate a sufficiently long material for a small space. SOLUTION: A number of receiving rolls 4 are mounted on a frame 1 with a protruded supporting shaft 2, spaced from a drum body A in the peripheral direction so as to form a drum body A for winding a long material and with its roll shaft directed to the supporting shaft 2. A pair of wheels 5 for reeling and latching the long material B are mounted on the side face of the frame 1 so as to allow the long material B to be transferred from each wheel to the outer periphery of the drum body A. The supporting shaft 2 is supported by a driving part 3 for moving and rotating the drum body A to the axial direction so that the long material B is wound/rewound on the drum body A for accumulation and release.
