PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag body with a fastener which can prevent water or moisture from coming into its storage body in using the storage body at the waterside or when it is caught in rain. SOLUTION: At the inside face of the opening part of a bag body 1, a first turn-up belt Ch provided with two female and male engage type fasteners Ch1, Ch2 is provided. Below the first turn-up belt Ch, second turn-up belt F is provided on whose side-1 outer side, first flat face fastener f1 is provided. Furthermore, to the other outer side below the second turn-up belt F, an unsupported piece 2 is adhered. At the inside of the piece 2, second flat face fastener f2 is provided. In closing, the first turn-up belt Ch, the second turning up belt F are turned up at the first turn-up 1a and the second turn-up 1b for the first flat face fastener f1 and the second flat face fastener f2 to engage.
