PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insure easy transfer by attaching a reinforcing member comprising a synthetic resin gutter form on a position of a groove-like non-fusing part which provides a liquid channel for pouring out contents when the groove-like non-heat-fusing part is made to be a pouring port. SOLUTION: A reinforcing member 3 can comprise a rigid molding which divides a groove-like non-heat-fusing part 12 of a packaging bag into at least two in a cross section and is formed into a shape with a divided cross section having a rectangle 3 which is to be a channel at least for contents. A face to be a channel for the contents of the reinforcing member 30 is thus formed into a shape having a rectangular cross section 31, whereby a direction in which the contents come out when the contents are poured out can be stable and the contents can be prevented from spilling out. In addition, a cross section other than the divided cross section to be a channel for the contents serves as a vent port, whereby pulsation of the contents can be prevented when poured out, to realize further stable pouring.
