PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly adjust the attitude of a working table and improve working efficiency. SOLUTION: In a controller, a reference point O is set as a coordinate value for a XY coordinate system in a level surface fixed to a working table 20. An arithmetic unit controls the operation of a boom 16 and the working table 20 in association so that a vertical post 19 can be moved on a circular arc (circumference) S having a vertical axis passing through the reference point O as a center and a distance between the vertical axis and the vertical post 19 as a radius L while fixing a spatial position of the reference point O, without changing XY coordinate values (x1, y1) for the reference point O, when an operation signal is input from an oscillatable operation lever.
