<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an artificial air duct device used when lung breathing of an unconscious patient is to be eased, which can be especially easily inserted into the oral cavity of the patient and prevent a back-flow from the stomach or air flowing into the stomach in positive pressure ventilation. SOLUTION: This air duct device to be used by inserting into the mouth to the throat of a patient comprises a support plate 1 with a plurality of through holes, a plurality of tubes 2 connected from the backside to the through holes 11 on the support plate 1, and an expansible cuff jointed to the surface side of the support plate 1. The cuff 3 is formed so that the tip end part 31 and the terminal end part 32 are expanded larger than other parts.</p> |
