PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To knead and disperse a kneaded material of various kneading conditions even without performing maintenance of a rotor moving mechanism of first and second rotors or operation that sacrifices a treating capacity of a kneader and to prevent an excess temperature rise. SOLUTION: A material to be kneaded is fed in a tip clearance of an inner wall of a chamber 4 and first and second rotors 1, 2 while rotating the rotors 1, 2 in the chamber 4, and a shearing force is given and dispersed to a kneaded material to a desired kneaded state. Three long wings 7 having a plurality of tips 7a, 7b, 7c for developing a plurality of tip clearances having axially different three steps are spirally disposed on the first and second rotors 1, 2. |
