PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dew condensation in the periphery of each motor, while extending a life of a bearing in each motor controlling running of a wire and in a group roller. SOLUTION: Since a control system of a reel motor 13M driving a wire and a motor 19M is interrupted in the case of no running command of the wire during a prescribed time when a wire saw is in non-cutting work, a time of each motor oscillating is markedly shortened, and a life of a bearing in each motor and a group roller can be extended. Since a flow amount of cooling water 56 for cooling the motor driving the wire is controlled for a prescribed time, the motor is prevented from being excessively cooled, and dew condensation in the periphery of the motor can be prevented. |
