PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a displacement gauge bendably connected with multiple links to a structure installed on the ground or in the ground stably and reasonably, to accurately and precisely measure the displacement of the ground or the structure, to improve the reliability of measurement precision, to make the installation space of the displacement gauge compact, and to simply and quickly conduct the installation work and maintenance. SOLUTION: This displacement gauge is provided with a support frame 37 and sensor frames 14a, 14b rotatably connected to at least one side of the frame 37. A means sensing the rotation angles of the sensor frames 14a, 14b and a means converting the sensed angles of the sensing means 13 into displacement quantities are provided in the sensor frames 14a, 14b. At least one flat face capable of being installed on measured objects 1, 2 is provided on the outer periphery of the support frame 37.
