PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of noise during operation of a motor-driven roller by forming gaps among the inner peripheral wall of an inner pipe, a motor, a gear head and an electromagnetic brake, and adhering and arranging a disk-like vibration isolation member comprising an elastic body among the motor, the gear head and the inner pipe on the inner peripheral part of the inner pipe. SOLUTION: A gear head 14, a motor 16 and an electromagnetic brake 18 are incorporated in the inside of the inner pipe 12 of a motor-driven roller device 10. A few gaps are formed among the inner peripheral wall of the inner pipe 12, the gear head 14 and the outer peripheral wall of the electromagnetic brake 18, and the fixing member 20 of the motor 20 and the fixing member 24 of the gear head 14 for speed reduction are fixed on the inner peripheral wall of the inner pipe 12 through O-rings 22, 25. The left side of the electromagnetic brake 18 comprises an elastic body such as rubber, a disk-like vibration isolation member 32 having the same outside diameter as the diameter of the inner peripheral wall of the inner pipe 12 and slight thickness is provided, the vibration isolation member 32 is pushed by right and left metal-made push members 34, 36, and the vibration isolation member 32 is completely adhered to the inner peripheral wall of the inner pipe 12.
