<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pixel data processor that applies conversion processing to pixel data in a shorter time and suitable for an image processor. SOLUTION: Pixel data for configuring an image are divided into blocks for a prescribed number of data to form block pixels, and the density of the pixel data included in each block pixel is detected.
