<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assort only a Japanese persimmon (Kaki) whose calyx part is positioned downward, onto a non-defective belt conveyor in a simple structure. SOLUTION: An attitude turnover chute part 6 consisting of a ramp 6a with a friction slope is installed in the termination of a first conveyor 3 conveying a Kaki 2 whose calyx part 2b or a stylar scar part 2a is turned upside down, while a non-defective belt conveyor is set up at one side of a second conveyor 7 extendedly installed in a rear end of this attitude turnover chute part 6. Then, an upward inclined sorting part 9 toward a conveyor downstream of this second conveyor 7 is made up in a rear part of the second conveyor 7, and the Kaki 2 whose calyx part 2b is turned upside down is discharged to one side of the non-defective belt conveyor from a first discharge part being small in a tilt angle out of this sorting part 9. On the other hand, the Kaki 2 whose calyx part 2b is turned upward runs onto a second discharge part being large in the tilt angle out of the sorting part 9, and the calyx part 2b is engaged to stop at a net of the midway part of a return conveyor whereby its attitude is turned over and return to a front part of the second conveyor 7 so that both cyclic attitude turnover and assorting operations are performable in this way.</p> |
