PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an information less prone to transfer onto the opposite side superimposed surface even under unfavorable conditions due to temperature and moisture by compressing at least a portion carrying information on the surface of an adhesive layer in a superimposed surface, and thereby make information written on the superimposed surface look beautiful. SOLUTION: On the superimposed surface of an upper paper strip (a) and lower paper strip (c), an adhesive layer 3 is applied which does not adhere in a normal state, but adhere releasably under compression. Also, on the surface of a sheet foundation material 2 in the superimposed surface, general printing information j1 such a title, an explanatory note, a sender description, a ruled line, and an illustration is carried, and also carried on the surface of the adhesive layer 3 is personal printing information j2 or the like to be noted to a receiver.
