摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avert the occurrence of the electrical shorting between the adjacent bumps of a driving IC of which the spacing width of its bump from another bump is larger on the central side of the driving IC. SOLUTION: The respective bumps 10a and 10b of the driving IC 8A are formed to parabolic shapes having, for example, polar points on the side directed toward the central lines between the row of the bumps 10a for input arranged side by side and the row of the bumps 10b for output arranged side by side. The portions (the outer side of the driving IC 8A) exclusive thereof are formed to a rectangular shape. Namely, the spacing width of the one bumps and the other bump adjacent thereto is larger on the central side of the driving IC 8A. The binder in an anisotropic conductive film is made softly viscous and fluidized at the time of thermal compression bonding of the driving IC 8A, by which the conductive material 15 compounded in the binder is smoothly discharged from between the bumps and the electrical shorting by the conductive material 15 is averted.
