PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition which, in spite of its being a mixture of different rubber components, has a good compatibility between the components, exerts an excellent low-temperature impact resilience and tensile strength and has a sufficient wear factor. SOLUTION: The titled composition contains (i) from 2 to 90 pts.wt. block copolymer rubber, which is a partially crystalline block copolymer rubber which comprises (A) from 10 to 98 wt.% conjugated diene polymer segment having a high cis-content of 40% or larger and (B) from 90 to 2 wt.% crystalline segment and has a molecular weight distribution of 4 or smaller and a weight average molecular weight, in terms of polystyrene, of from 20,000 to 10,000,000, and (ii) from 98 to 2 pts.wt. (co)polymer of from 0 to 50 wt.% aromatic monovinyl monomer and from 100 to 50 wt.% conjugated diene monomer.
