PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color plasma display panel capable of maintaining the same discharge voltage in discharge region for all discharge cells. SOLUTION: This plasma display panel includes plural lower electrodes 110 continuously formed in one way on a first board 100, a barrier plate 130 formed between the lower electrodes 110, plural upper electrodes sets 210-1, 210-2 continuously formed on a second board 200 facing the first board 100 so as to cross the lower electrodes 110, and a phosphor layer 140 formed on the first board 100 and a part of the lower electrodes 110 crossing the upper electrode sets 210-1, 210-2 is exposed. |
