PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To buffer impact applied to a packed object by placing a pad equipped with a protrusion to be in contact with at least a specific number of recesses among a plurality of recesses of a second pad oppositely to a first pad of the second pad. SOLUTION: A reinforcing pad 30 formed with a protrusion 31 at a position in contact with at least one of recesses 22 of a lower pad 20 is put between a case and the lower pad 20. Thus an impact at the time of drop can be absorbed also by the protrusion 31. The number and size of the protrusions 31 of the reinforcing pad 30 may be appropriately specified depending on materials of respective pads 10, 20, 30 and a weight of an object 40 to be packed. The protrusions 31 may be arranged to be approximately orthogonal if a plane of the recess 22 is approximately rectangular. Receiving a load of the recess 22 on a narrow part of the protrusion 31 may drop rigidity and buffer the impact. In addition, if a depth of the recess 22 is approximately equal to a height of the protrusion 31, deformation relative to each other can be maximum, thereby improving function as the cushion.
