Next, after placing continuously connecting bodies 1 having an air layer in a prescribed place on the foundation 2, a raft foundation 3 is driven on the foundation 2 and the continuously connecting bodies 1 to be cured and hardened. Next, for example, a foaming resin plate forming a groove or a through hole in the thickness direction, a foaming resin plate having a void part continuing between foaming beads or the like is used as the continuously connecting bodies 1 having the air layer. Thus, an earthquake and a traffic oscillatory wave can be relieved by the foaming resin foundation and the foaming concrete foundation, and since the oscillatory wave can be absorbed by the air layer of the continuously connecting bodies and can be reflected by a boundary part of base concrete and the air layer, earthquake resistance and base isolation performance of a building can be remarkably improved.
