SOLUTION: A portable terminal 3 is provided with a radio call receiving part 13 with a radio call receiving function as a means for receiving data transmitted from a base station 2, and a positioning function for acquiring first positioning data indicating a present location on the basis of data transmitted from the base station 2; a GPS receiving part 14 with a positioning function for acquiring second positioning data by positioning a present location on the basis of signals transmitted from GPS satellites 4, 5, 6, and 7, and a positioning data correcting function for correcting the second positioning data on the basis of the positioning correcting data transmitted from the base station 2; and an information processing part 15 with a function for performing information processing on the basis of positioning data acquired by the radio call receiving part 13 and the GPS receiving part 14, etc.
