PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support an analysis of the read state of an optical pattern read by an optical pattern reading and decoding machine. SOLUTION: The optical pattern reading and decoding machine reads an optical pattern, generates binary data from the optical pattern, and generates a binary pattern from the threshold processed data, and outputs it. A character for comparison which should be compared with the binary pattern is coded to generate a standard pattern having standardized-width bars and spaces, and corresponding places of the binary pattern and standard pattern are outputted in parallel. Further, evaluation reference for adaptability to the standard of undecoded data is set and compared with the adaptability of undecoded data read in from the optical pattern reading and decoding machine to output a comparison result. |
