PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gas generating agent composition giving clean combustion gas. SOLUTION: The gas generating agent composition contains one or more complexes selected from the group of complexes of transition metals such as copper and nickel having hydroxylamine as ligands and complexes of alkaline earth metals such as magnesium and calcium having hydroxylamine as ligands. Since the metallic complexes contain no or few carbon atoms, carbon monoxide is not contained at all in combustion gas or the quantity of carbon monoxide in combustion gas is considerably reduced. |
