PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a combination inducing humoral and cellulous immune response, and useful for treatment or the like of tumor or infectious disease by including a vaccine or the like containing a specific anti-idiotype antibody component or the like. SOLUTION: This combination contains (A) a transfected T cell obtained from a patient, including an expression vector having a DNA molecule encoding a chimera immunoglobulin/T cell receptor or the like, in a container. The site encoding the immunoglobulin of the DNA molecule encodes the variable part of the antibody bonding to a tumor associated antigen TAA or the like. The combination also includes at least one of (B) a vaccine including anti-idiotype antibody component bonding to the immunoglobulin site of a chimera immunoglobulin/CD3 protein, and (C) one or more cytokines capable of amplifying the immune response from the transfected T cell, stored in a different container. The tumor manifesting the TAA can be treated by administering the combination. |
