PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminous element that can be manufactured easily at a low cost and obtain uniform emission when the emission wavelength of an LED chip is converted by fluorescent material. SOLUTION: In a surface-mounting luminous element where an LED chip 1 is housed in a recess and the emission wavelength of the LED chip 1 is converted by fluorescent material, a translucent resin 2 is provided to seal the LED chip 1 and cured. Then, a resin 3 containing fluorescent material is provided to seal the cured translucent resin 2 and cured. |
